These are my favorite songs of 2018. How are they my favorite? They’re songs I actually listened and learned the words to, lol. Plus, they’re also songs that when they come on, my whole mood changes. They take me back to the days where Crunk Music was God and I get SUPER HYPE!!! So here goes the order from #5 to #1.
I can’t tell you how much this song irritated me when it first came out. I didn’t listen to the words at all, but it was played everywhere and all the time. That’s right folks, DJs can get tired of songs too. Then I actually listened to the words and I’m like Holy Spaceballs Batman, this is a pretty deep dope song. Now I can’t get enough of it.
#3 YG – Big Bank ft. 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Nicki Minaj
This beat is just so dope and its BIG BOSS TALK through the whole song, its hard not to love it. One I dig everyone on the song and everyone definitely had a favorite line for me too. Gonna have to give it to Big Sean though for his “She said whatchu’ gon do if I leave? I said b****, I’ma do me”. I laughed hard, cause its for sure a line men and women can use.
#2 Lil Duval – Smile ft. Snoop Dogg, Ball Greezy
If you don’t smile when you hear this song, you just a miserable @$$ person, lol. I’m not surprised by Lil Duval make a song because of one of this early bits when he REMIXED Musiq Soulchild’s song Just Friends. It’s I don’t think anyone thought of it getting in the 10 top for billboard. Plus, you got Snoop on it too. You really can’t hate on this song and I ain’t going back and forward you with ninjas!
#1 Drake – Nonstop
There are just certain songs that make you get the UGLY FACE when the beat drops. And that’s exactly what happens every time I hear this song come on. Plus, Aubrey has a line where he says “Yea I’m lightskin, but I’m still a dark *****”. And I felt that ****, lol.

I made an Oops and have to adjust this list a bit. As I was trying to make the cover for this post I forgot about a song that had a SUPER IMPACT in 2018. That is actually a song that even though it should be #1 its going to have to share the spot. That is THIS IS AMERICA.
This song goes so hard and on a whole other level. It definitely gave me the same vibes as the others. Just to be real, I like music you can get hype and dance to. So if I were to drop a song, it would be Happier and push the other songs back to have This Is America at #1.
