Happy Birthday To DO THE RIGHT THING

The first movie that really changed my life was House Party with Kid N Play. That’s what turned me on to music and dancing and the hip hop culture. It was fun, funny, exciting, and entertaining. Do The Right Thing came out on this day in 1989. It opened me up and made me a where of society and community differences. It was an eye opener and I instantly became a Spike Lee fan. This has got to be one of the best opening scenes in a movie EVER!! If I were to direct a film, I would pay tribute to Do The Right Thing, by doing something like this. Happy Birthday!!!
